Any shipping costs and, where applicable, customs duties or import taxes will be indicated during checkout.

Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer and applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@rotapieces.com within that period and return the Product within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

Returned Products must be in their original condition. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the Product, as indicated in our Returns Policy or during the purchase process.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts required under applicable consumer law using your original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable consumer law applies.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming Products.

8. Website and liability

We take reasonable measures to keep the Website accurate, secure and available. However, availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Orders are governed by the Terms applicable at the time the order was placed.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

If you are a consumer, any dispute will be subject to the courts determined by applicable consumer law. In other cases, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
