CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Any international order (outside Egypt) may be charged customs duties or import taxes when they arrive in the destination country. These fees are set by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.

If customs fees apply, they must be paid by the customer. Rota does not control or cover these charges.

Good to know:

• Shipping is the cost of sending your order to you.
• Customs fees are government charges applied when a package enters a country and are separate from shipping and product prices.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

If customs fees are required, the courier will either ask you to pay them before delivery or collect them when the package arrives. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, which is outside of our control.

UNPAID CUSTOMS FEES

If customs fees are not paid, the package may be held or abandoned by customs. In these cases, the order cannot be returned to us and no refund will be issued.
