returns & exchanges
we have a 14-day return and exchange policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. exchanges are allowed for a different size of the same product and same color.
to be eligible, items must be:

in their original condition

with tags attached

in original packaging
egypt orders
for orders delivered within egypt:

email us at hello@rotapieces.com, include your order number + reason for return or exchange

if approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed

once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process:

your refund (via original method or instapay), or
-
your exchange
fees:

returns & exchanges in egypt carry a fee of 100 egp

this will be deducted from your refund or exchange credit

you will not be refunded for the original shipping cost you incurred
international orders
for all orders outside egypt, returns and exchanges are now handled through our returns portal.
we handle all our international returns through prepaid labels that are generated through our portal and sent to you by email. you can either choose to drop off your package at the nearest location, or ask for a home pickup.
how it works:
1. enter your order number and email address
2. select which product(s) you wish to exchange/refund, and choose your preferred method
3. you’ll receive instructions by email to complete your return, including a prepaid pdf label and an expected return timeline
below are our fixed return/exchange shipping costs, that will be deducted from your refund. if you choose to receive your refund as a gift card or a store credit, please note that the below fixed fees would be free of charge <3

processing your return
once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection:
