rota is a brand born and based in cairo offering a curated selection of pieces that feel different. rota was created to be fun and cool to wear. rota is unfiltered, young and risky. 

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for Egypt, 5-8 business days for Europe and 4-6 business days for Gulf Countries and 7-10 business days for North America.

We currently ship from our Cairo (Egypt) hub. Orders to Europe are handled through our international courier partners.

Yes! We now ship to most countries in Europe, in addition to the Gulf countries and North America. During checkout, you will be able to see which countries we currently cover. Other international regions will be coming soon too :)

For Europe, no - we want your experience to be smooth and stress-free. That’s why we cover all customs, duties and taxes on international orders. You’ll only pay the price you see at checkout, nothing extra.

For other countries, we are working on being able to cover all taxes and customs. As of now, we cannot estimate the taxes and customs that may be applied on your order upon arrival to your country.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. For Egypt, you can use this link to track your order and for international, you can use this link.

You can return any product within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition. However, we do not cover the costs of shipping your item back to us. Please refer to our return policy for more detailed information on how to place a return.

Yes - if you’d like to change the size or product, you can request an exchange within the same 15-day window. Just send us an email at hello@rotapieces.com!

Simply send us an email at hello@rotapieces.com, stating your order number and your reason for returning or exchanging. We will send you the steps to follow.

To care for your jewelry pieces, keep them away from water, perfumes and lotions to preserve their finish. When you’re not wearing them (which we hope isn’t often), store them in your rota dust bag to keep them safe from scratches or tarnishing.

We mainly use two materials when it comes to our jewelry: 316L stainless steel or gold-plated brass, which makes them highly durable and resistant to tarnishing. However, to make your piece last a long time with you, you must always keep them away from water, perfumes and lotions.

Right now, rota is online only, but keep an eye out for occasional pop-ups and events.
