where we ship from
All orders are shipped from one of our two locations:

Egypt orders are shipped from our warehouse in Egypt

International orders (outside Egypt) are now shipped from our warehouse in Spain (near Barcelona)
This means that European Union orders are sent from within the EU, and therefore no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.
processing time
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Orders within Egypt are processed Sunday–Thursday

International orders are processed Monday–Friday
During sale periods, new collection launches, or high-demand moments, processing times may take up to 3 additional business days.
pre-order items
Some products may be available for pre-order. This will always be clearly stated in the product description along with an estimated shipping date. If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

International
Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the information provided at checkout to know the exact rate for your shipping zone.
For Spain, orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.
For the rest of Europe, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
duties & taxes
For all orders outside Egypt and the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authorities. Rota has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

delivery attempts & pickup points
Once your order is dispatched, the courier may attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery is not successful, the parcel may be redirected to a local pickup point. The courier will notify you via email, SMS, or phone call with instructions for collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and collect the parcel within the courier’s holding period.
If a parcel is not collected/delivered within the designated delivery attempts, the courier may dispose of the shipment in accordance with their local policy. In that case, Rota is not responsible for these parcels and refunds cannot be issued for uncollected orders.
